Warranty Coverage

LOBO ZEAN warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, LOBO ZEAN will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product or parts covered by this warranty. This includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper use, accident, abuse, or neglect.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or changes in product appearance.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
