We have a 30-Days Free Returns policy, which means goods sold on LOBO ZEAN can be free returned within 30 days, We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All returned or exchanged parts must be resalable and in their original packaging, and must include any stickers on the packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back parts that have been installed or trialled.
- We are not responsible for any installation costs you may incur
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
- For exchange orders, you can directly make up the price difference of the goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse and return any part which we find has been installed, used or does not meet the above standards.
Return & Refund Process
1. Submit your application to customer service team(Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

2. Fill in package information
To be eligible for a return, You need to fill the return form including the exact pickup address and need to measure the weight and length, width and height of the package fill in the form.
3. Ship it back
When you send us the return form, next we will send the UPS shipping label to you, You need to print and attach the UPS shipping label to the outside of the box and call the UPS to pick up the package(Goods must be returned to our designated address or we will not accept them).
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we need to confirm the condition of the goods, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
The order can be canceled only before items have not been shipped, and the fee cost will be fully refunded.
